Please take a moment to read through the following information before booking a service with Candy Pellegrino / Clarity Seven. These policies are here so you know what to expect and we both have a clear understanding before working together.

By booking or purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

✨ READINGS & SPIRITUAL SERVICES

Psychic readings, mediumship, intuitive guidance, tarot and oracle readings, Reiki, energy work, ritual work, spell work, and other spiritual services offered through Candy Pellegrino / Clarity Seven are provided for entertainment purposes only.

My readings and spiritual services are intended to offer insight, perspective, self-awareness, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection.

Readings reflect the intuitive and energetic information I receive at the time of your session. Energy and circumstances can change, and every person has free will. Because of this, I cannot guarantee a particular outcome, event, communication, relationship, decision, financial result, or timeline.

When your question involves another person, I can share what I intuitively receive around the situation, but I cannot guarantee what another person will think, feel, say, choose, or do.

✨ SPIRITUAL, RITUAL & SPELL WORK

Certain spiritual, ritual, or spell work may be available upon request and may require a reading or consultation beforehand.

I do not accept every request, and I reserve the right to decline work that I don’t feel is appropriate for the situation.

Spiritual and ritual work does not come with a guaranteed outcome or timeline. Free will, circumstances, personal choices, and many other factors can affect a situation.

✨ REIKI & ENERGY WORK

Reiki and energy work are complementary spiritual and wellness practices. They are not medical or mental-health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition.

Energy work should never be used as a substitute for appropriate care from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.

✨ BOOKING & PAYMENT

Payment is required before your reading, session, or other service unless we have made another arrangement in advance.

Same-day or rush requests depend upon availability and may have an additional fee. If an additional fee applies, you will be told before purchasing.

Your appointment is not confirmed until your booking has been accepted and any required payment has been received.

✨ CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS

Once I have begun preparing for or performing a reading, written reading, energy session, ritual, spell work, or other personalized service, payment is generally non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of the payment for that appointment and may require a new booking.

If I have to cancel and we cannot reasonably reschedule your service, you will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund for the affected service.

Any additional cancellation or rescheduling terms shown when you book will also apply.

✨ SESSION & COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES

I want every client interaction to be respectful and comfortable for both of us.

The service you purchase includes what is described at the time of booking. It does not include unlimited follow-up questions, repeated readings, ongoing messaging, additional spiritual work, or continued access to me outside of your purchased service.

If you have additional questions or would like additional work after your session, you may be asked to book another service.

Abusive, threatening, harassing, excessive, or inappropriate communication will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of future services.

✨ WHAT I DON’T READ OR ADVISE ON

There are certain subjects I will not provide predictions, diagnoses, or professional advice about.

These include medical diagnosis or treatment, mental-health diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, financial or investment advice, criminal matters, gambling outcomes, death or specific passing predictions, and pregnancy or fertility predictions.

If something requires a doctor, therapist, attorney, financial professional, or another licensed professional, that’s who you should speak with.

✨ AGE REQUIREMENT

Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Services for anyone under 18 will only be considered with the express authorization of a parent or legal guardian in advance.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service if a request falls outside the scope of my work, crosses a personal or professional boundary, appears unsafe or inappropriate, or simply isn’t something I feel comfortable providing.
